12 Week Relay Race Training Program

Here is a program that is specific to long distance relay races and is meant to help runners prepare themselves for the Capital to Coast Relay.   It gets you ready for the distance, and then the fact that not only will you be running the distance but running at times of the day (AND NIGHT :) that you normally dont run.
